Swimming pool (7 m x 3 m) open in July and August, from 9 am to 12 pm and from 2 pm to 7 pm.

The residence has a swimming pool. However, if the pool cannot be opened due to technical or health-related reasons, no compensation or refund may be claimed by the tenant.
