Upstairs: 2 additional bedrooms: one with a large bed, the other with 2 single beds.
Numbered parking outside the residence.
Pets not allowed.
Possibility of Internet connection (extra charge).
The residence has a swimming pool (open from mid-June to mid-September). However, if the pool were not to open due to technical or health reasons, the tenant will not be entitled to any refund.
Not included in the rental: final cleaning, sheets, towels, baby cot, high chair, tourist tax.
